花を俯瞰して見た時の形がとても幾何学的で、まるで小さな宇宙のように感じたことから生まれた作品。日々、新しい宇宙が泡のように繰り返し生まれては消えていく。小さな宇宙である花の命もまたとても短く、命あるものはいずれ朽ちることをその姿から教えてくれる。そして、小さな花が宇宙であるように、人もまた宇宙である。命は有限であるというメッセージを作品に込めている。また、花は色や形が非常に面白く個性に溢れていて、一輪でも美しいが花束のようにたくさん集めると各々が引き立て合いさらに美しさが増すことから、花の銀河として表現している。日本の家紋からインスピレーションを得て描かれている。アクリル絵の具で半立体的に描かれている。この作品は、アートがより身近に生活の一部となるよう、一人一人が小さなアートを所有することで自宅美術館化を広めるささやかなプロジェクトでもある。

These art works were born out of my feeling that the shape of the flower when viewed from a  bird's-eye view is very geometric,  like a small universe. Every day, new universes are born and disappear repeatedly like bubbles. The life of flower, which is a small universe's also very short, and its  appearance tells us that everything that has life will eventually decay. And just as a small flower is a universe, so is a human being. I try to convey the message that life is finite in my art works. Flowers have very interesting colors and shapes and are full of individuality.A single flower is beautiful, but when many flowers are gathered together like a bouquet, they complement each other and become even more beautiful. This art works are inspired by Japanese family crests. The painting is semi-dimensional, using acrylic.   These art works are project to spread the idea of home art museums by having each person own a small piece of art so that art can become a more familiar part of our lives.
